In the context of RWBIKO Tutors, a Gig refers to a specific tutoring service or educational offering that a tutor posts on the platform for students to browse and hire. Tutors can create these gigs by detailing their expertise, the subjects they teach, their teaching style, and pricing. These listings allow tutors to showcase their qualifications and attract students looking for specific tutoring services.
1st step:
♦ After completing your registration process.
♦ You will go to menu bar on left side and click on the “My listing” option.
♦ After that you will select “Add listing” on other page to create your Gig.
2nd step:
Title: Create a catchy yet clear title, e.g., “Expert Calculus Tutoring for College Students”.
Category: Choose the relevant category for your service, like Math, Science, or Test Prep.
Description: Be detailed! Explain what you offer, who it’s for, and why students should choose you. Highlight your experience and teaching style.
Pricing: Set a competitive rate. You can offer fixed prices (e.g., 5,000₨ per week) or negotiable rates depending on the subject.
Images/Media: Add a professional profile picture or any relevant media that helps showcase your expertise.
Contact sharing: Sharing your personal number and What’s app number is totally your choice. otherwise you will contact your student on website’s Quick chat.
3rd Step:
Set Your Availability: Provide the times you’re available to teach. Students will be able to book you based on these slots, so make sure it matches your schedule.
Submit Your Gig: Once everything is filled out, review your gig and click Submit. It will be reviewed for approval, and once live, students can start booking your services.
Promote Your Gig:After your gig is live, promote it! Share it on social media, tell your friends, or use RWBIKO’s built-in marketing tools to increase visibility.
