How to Post Tutor Gig on RWBIKO TUTORS

Welcome to RWBIKO Tutors! Before you can begin posting your tutor gig and offering your services, you’ll need to sign in or create an account.
1. Login  or Create an Account

To begin, you need to be signed in to your RWBIKO Tutors account. simply follow the steps in our How to Sign In guide.

If you don’t have an account yet, don’t worry! You can easily create one by following our How to Sign Up guide. 

Once you’re signed in or signed up, you can proceed to posting your tutor gig!

2. Buy a Membership (Required to Post a Gig)

Unlike students and parents who can post jobs for free, tutors must have an active membership to create a gig. There is no free ad posting for tutors.

To get a membership, visit the Membership Page and select the plan that suits you.

2. Click on “Post Now”

  • To begin, navigate to the top right corner of the homepage or dashboard, where you’ll find the “Post Now” button .
  • Click on the “Post Now” button to initiate the process.

For Mobile Users : Click on the plus sign as shown below to Post your gig. 

3. Select Your User Type

  • Once you click “Post Now”, the first screen will prompt you to select your User Type.
    • Student/Parent: If you’re a student or parent looking for a tutor.
    • Tutor/Teacher: If you’re a tutor offering your services.
    • Institution/Company: If you’re a Institution offering your services.

4. Select Your Tutor Type

  • After selecting Tutor/Teacher, you’ll be prompted to select your Tutor Type.
    • You will have the following options:
      • Online Tutor: If you want to teach students online.
      • Home Tutor: If you prefer to provide in-person tutoring at students’ locations.
      • Assignment Expert: If you’re offering specialized assignment help (note that this may require a paid membership, as shown in the screenshot).

      Based on your choice, the system will guide you through different options tailored to your selected tutor type.

5. Add your Gig/Listing Details

Follow these simple steps to create and post your tutor gig on RWBIKO Tutors

1. Upload Profile Picture or Logo

 What to do: Upload a professional photo of yourself or your business logo. This image will help potential students recognize you and make your gig stand out.
Note: Make sure the image is clear and high-quality to make a strong impression.

2. Add a Title

Your title should briefly describe your expertise. Keep it professional and to the point.

Example: “I am Experienced Math & Physics Tutor for O/A Levels”
Example: “I am a Certified IELTS Trainer 

A well-written title makes your gig more discoverable.


3. Choose Your Tutoring Category

Select the type of tutoring service you offer:

  • Academic Studies (School, college, university subjects)
  • Language Tutoring (English, Arabic, French, etc.)
  • Homework/Assignment Help
  • Test Preparation (SAT, IELTS, GMAT, etc.)
  • Skill Development Courses (Coding, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, etc.)

 

💡 Note: Once you select a category, relevant options will appear based on your choice.


4. Provide Specific Details

Based on your selected tutoring category, you’ll be asked to fill in relevant details:

  • Academic Studies: Select your Subjects and Curriculum (e.g., Cambridge, IB, CBSE).
  • Language Tutoring: Choose the Language you teach.
  • Test Preparation: Select the Exam or Test Type (e.g., SAT, IELTS, GRE).
  • Skill Development: Enter the Course Name (e.g., Python Programming, Public Speaking).

This ensures students can find the right tutor for their needs.

5. Teaching Experience

What to do: Share your teaching experience by selecting the most appropriate option for your expertise. This may include:

Years of Experience (e.g., 1-2 years, 3-5 years, etc.)

6. Tutor Availability

What to do: Indicate your availability, such as “3 days per week,” “Weekdays Only,” etc., to let students know when you’re free for sessions.

Note: Make sure to select times that fit your schedule.

7. Tutor Level

What to do: Specify your teaching level (e.g., Beginner Tutor, Intermediate Tutor, Expert Tutor).

Note: Be realistic about your experience level to set proper expectations with students.

8. Fee Type and Rate

What to do: Select whether your fees are Fixed, Negotiable, or On Call. Then, enter your Fee Rate (e.g., Rs. 500 per hour).

Note: Ensure that your rate is competitive and matches your experience level.

9. Detailed Description

What to do: In this section, highlight your qualifications, teaching experience, and what makes your tutoring unique. The more detailed, the better!

Note: This is your chance to make a lasting impression. Be descriptive but concise.

6. Upload Gig Images

What to do: Add Gig images to make your gig more engaging. It will be shown as background Images of your Gig shown to the users.

Images help students visualize your tutoring style or subjects.

Note: Images should be high-quality (1200×900 px recommended) and in PNG, JPG, or JPEG formats.

You can upload up to 5 images.

7. Provide Contact Details

What to do: Enter your Location, WhatsApp Number (with country code), and Email so students can easily contact you.

Note: Your WhatsApp number will be visible to students, so make sure it’s a number you are comfortable sharing publicly.

Social Profiles (Optional)

What to do: If you have social media profiles like Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube, you can add them to your profile to increase credibility and help students connect with you.

Note: These links will be public, so make sure your profiles reflect your professionalism.

8. Publish Your Gig

Once you’ve completed all the fields, review your details carefully, and make sure everything is accurate. Then, click on “Publish” to make your gig live.
