After logging in, visit the Marketplace section to see your assigned students. You will find a contact section with each student’s details(rwbikotutors).

Via Email: Use the student’s provided email address for formal and detailed communication, such as discussing lesson plans, schedules, or assignment feedback.
Via Phone: If immediate communication is needed, use the student’s phone number. This can be especially helpful for urgent matters or to arrange last-minute change.
Via what’s app: Some tutors prefer what’s app for instant messaging. Ensure both parties agree to use this method for lessons or quick updates.
d. Scheduling Lessons
Utilize the tutor dashboard to confirm lesson times. Send a reminder to the student via email or text a few hours before the scheduled lesson.
e. Live Chat Support
If available on the platform, use RWBIKO Tutors’ live chat feature for real-time communication during scheduled online lessons.
